General Policies 

High-level technical support and training has always been a priority at Progression. Industry-leading software products are the first step to a successful design and manufacturing solution but continued success is ensured through a complete training and technical support plan. The goal of is to continually enhance these services:

  • Live call administration - all incoming technical support calls will be answered by a support administrator during normal business hours.
  • Problem resolution utilizing e-mail file transfer to resolve open issues

How Support is Handled 

All incoming calls are directed through a Technical Service operator who will  transfer you to a support representative who can best handle your question(s). If a representative is not available, you will be called back in a timely manner.  A call remains open until the customer and the support representative reach a solution to the question.  Any open calls will be monitored to assure a resolution is found.  Progression is a full service technology center--offering sales, technical support, engineering services, and specialized training. Your initial purchase of products and services is just the beginning of a productive relationship for your company`s engineering and manufacturing needs. Please keep in mind that Progression is your first-line software support source. Our goal is to provide a resource to complement your technical staff and allow your company to focus on designing and manufacturing products. As always, your feedback is welcome and appreciated.
